She provides leadership to teachers and staff, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, implementing school policies, and maintaining a conducive learning environment for pupils.

Mr Emmanuel Quansah

Headmaster of Academics

As the Head of Academics, he oversees the educational programs and curriculum development within the school by designing and implementing academic policies, supervising teaching staff, monitoring pupils progress and performance, coordinating assessment and evaluation processes, and ensuring alignment with educational stardards and objectives.

Our non teaching staff members play a vital roles in supporting the overall functioning of M'salem School Complex. As an institution we have the following non teaching staff : Administrative Assistant, Librarians, Security personmel, Food Service Staff, among others.
